Shipping available UK-wide from our small shop in Stroud, England.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Most items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, while larger or heavier items – such as yoga mats and bolsters – are shipped with a reliable courier service, typically UPS.
Processing Time
We’re a small independent team, and we lovingly pack and send out orders at least every Tuesday and Friday. Your order will always be dispatched within 3 working days, often sooner.
Delivery Time Estimates
Once shipped, parcels typically arrive within 2–3 working days.
Shipping Costs
- Clothing and small accessories (up to 2kg): £4.50
- Larger items: Shipping is calculated based on weight and shown at checkout.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
We use recycled, recyclable, or minimal packaging wherever possible - because we care about your practice and the planet.
Local Collection
Prefer to collect in person? You’re welcome to pick up your order during the shop’s opening hours:
- Fridays 10am - 4pm

Saturdays 9am - 3pm

Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 days of shipping, please email us at sales@stroudyogaspace.com. We’ll work with Royal Mail or the courier to track and resolve the issue.
