We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returning Your Order
In line with UK law, we offer a 14-day return policy for online orders, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, even if the item is not faulty. You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling.
If you inform us within those 14 days that you’d like to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the item. We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it

Unworn or unused
-
With tags still attached
-
In its original packaging
-
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of yoga mats that have been opened or had their packaging removed.
How to Start a Return
Email us at sales@stroudyogaspace.com to request a return within 14 days of receipt. Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note: Items sent back to us without contacting us first won’t be accepted. Shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please let us know straight away so we can make it right. Email us at sales@stroudyogaspace.com with your order number and a description (or photo, if possible) of the issue.
Items We Can't Accept for Return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Yoga mats that have been opened or had their packaging removed

Sale items
-
Gift cards
-
Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalised items

Personal care items (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just get in touch before sending it back.
Exchanges
Need something different? The quickest way is to return your original item, and once it’s accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, email us at sales@stroudyogaspace.com and we’ll follow it up for you.
